Flock Eventing Platform assisted Top Carpets And Floors with their 2021 Virtual National Conference which took place on 27 May 2021.
Top Carpets and Floors were looking to host a conference for their 130 members nationwide to inform them of the latest marketing and sales strategies for 2021 and beyond.

Top Carpets and Floors is considered one of South Africa’s leading carpet and vinyl groups with a wide range of preferred suppliers which was established in 1988. By 2005 the organisation had established over 100 outlets across the country and in 2013 it won the ‘Best Flooring Contractor Award’.
About the event
Flock assisted the national retailer with both a virtual platform and event landing page which enabled Top Carpets’ attendees to sit at virtual tables, easily network, communicate and utilise private video, comment and ask speakers questions. The virtual event enabled the retailer to reach all their stakeholders through an easy-to-use platform that kept attendees engaged and informed throughout the event.
It was a two hour event with a 09h30 start time and made use of both live and pre-recorded elements.
There well many speakers who shared their wisdom and expertise throughout the two hour session, namely: Sue-Re Harris from Top Carpets and Floors, Bernd De Smedt from FloorNet, Edward Colle from Belgotex, Jan Hofmeyer from Top Carpets and Floors, Sasha Kozinsky from Finfloor, Zahir Bham from Azura Distributors, Barry Hatch from Top Carpets and Floors and Brian Hoyle from Top Carpets and Floors.
The aim of the event was to help the many Top Carpets and Floors branches embrace digital transformation and how each of the branches can be part of the transformation going forward”.
