ACCA is a forward-thinking Accountancy professional body. They have more than 227,000 fully qualified members and 544,000 future members worldwide. They approached Flock Platform to host a virtual event for their organisation, with members from all around the world. They were expecting almost 700 attendees. With the current worldwide pandemic, it made it impossible to host a physical event.

The Goal


ACCA was looking for a digital solution for their 9th Annual Partnership Conference that would provide all partners around the world with event info, enable networking and allow them to gain real-time feedback. 

The Solution


The Flock Team stepped in to offer ACCA our virtual offering and managed the RSVP’s for ACCA, as well as built a microsite and a playback site for attendees to access all the post-event recordings and presentations. Flock also managed the virtual platform on which the event was hosted, where the team set up exhibitor booths and networking areas for attendees to engage one-on-one, as well as assist the speakers with their pre-recordings and hosted a few dry runs and managed the event engagement on both days. The ACCA team was provided with post-event analytics after the event.
