In 2025, Flock supported an incredible 756 events across 36+ countries, with our platform travelling across South Africa, the UK, the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and so many more.

Each destination showcased the versatility of Flock’s tools, delivering smooth, engaging event experiences, no matter the country, scale or complexity.

A standout highlight was the arrival of several remarkable new clients whose work spans across diverse and influential sectors. 

This year, Flock proudly welcomed:

Platform Upgrades that Changed the Game

A significant leap forward this year was the launch of CMS 2.0 and Event Page 2.0, two highly requested upgrades from organisers seeking greater speed, flexibility, and ease of use.

The new Event Page editor is more intuitive, functioning like a mini event website with richer layouts and expanded configuration options. This gives organisers greater freedom to design and structure their event pages effortlessly.

Ultimately, these upgrades mean one thing: more control over your event with less hassle.

Engagement and Networking: Innovations that Shone

We expanded our offering with tools that make events more engaging for attendees and far simpler for organisers to manage from start to finish.

Flock’s Gamification Experiences brought an exciting new dynamic to events of all sizes, such as: 

  • Leaderboards.
  • Scavenger hunts. 
  • Quizzes 
  • Scratch cards. 
  • Spin-to-win challenges. 

These encouraged delegates to explore the content, visit exhibition stands, and actively participate throughout the programme. 

Alongside this, our AI-Powered WhatsApp Agent stood out as our most transformative leap forward. Delegates could:

  • Ask questions and receive real-time assistance.
  • Access programme and speaker updates instantly.
  • View shared media and documents from any device.

The multi-language capabilities also ensured every attendee had the same smooth, informed experience. 

Championing Sustainability

While Flock’s core services remain entirely digital, this year, we introduced new onsite initiatives to make eco-friendly event management even more achievable.

Badge recycling bins encouraged delegates to return name tags, ensuring materials could be reused or responsibly recycled.

For selected events, we went a step further by using sustainable name tag paper, helping reduce the environmental impact of essential event items.

These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to helping organisers run low-waste, environmentally conscious events.
